CBAP certification (Certified Business Analysis Professional):

It is a professional certification for individuals who have extensive Business Analysis experience.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 35 hours of professional development should be completed in the last 4 years.
  • He/she should be 7500 hours of experience as a Business Analysis in the last ten years.
  • During this 7500 course, he/she should have invested 3600 hours for 4 out of 6 areas of the BABOK guide (Business Analysis Book of Knowledge)
  • A common and known need, passing the examination.
  • Agreeing to the code of conduct
  • Accepting all terms and conditions.

PMP Certification (Project Management Professional):

It is a credential that helps the recruiters to know that you have all the depth knowledge about the project and the ability to manage the project as well.

Requirements:

  • The applicant must have a four-year degree or a high school diploma. Anyone of the two is required.
  • If you have a four-year degree four-year must have threes of experience in leading projects. However, if you have a high school diploma then you should have five years of experience in leading projects.
  • 35 hours of project management training is a must in both cases
  • Agreeing to the code of conduct.
  • Accepting all terms and conditions.
  • Irrespective of whether you have a high school diploma or four-year degree, passing the exam is mandatory for both.
