Every companies want to hire business analysts because they can complete bigger projects within a short span of time. They not only give you advantages but also make sure that you get some valuable results from them. If you think that business analysts are famous for BA training courses, then you are wrong. Because their projects only make them recognized and gives them a special designation.

But nowadays it has been observed that there are a lot of fake business analysts. They are not only making company's loss but are also taking the wrong advantages. Now the thing is that how will you avoid a fake business analyst? There is no difficulty in doing it because you just have to know a few things.

  1. Interview them properly- The first thing is to interview them properly and know some valuable business analysts skills from them. If you think that their answers are up to the mark, then only hire them.
  2. Know about their background- Knowing about the business analyst's background is one of the most important things. The only reason is that after knowing it, you would know how they can benefit your company. If you think that there is anything wrong in their background, then simply reject them.
  3. Ask them how can they deal with project managers- Remember that a business analyst has to deal with all the project managers available in today's competitive market. It should not only be a PMP Prep certified project manager. If you see that they cannot deal with anyone of them, then they are a guaranteed fake person.
  4. Knowledge about projects- Ask them about some projects, and if they cannot answer those questions, then never give them any further importance. As a result, they can be a fraud and can make the wrong decision for your company's growth and development. Make a note of this point and mark it as the most important one.
