Know the prerequisites before you start your preparation for the PMP & ECBA Course!
Let’s imagine, that you did your preparation for the Certification course and when you felt that you are ready you went to fill the form for the exam but then you realized that you are not eligible to appear as you don’t fulfill all the eligibility criteria. How would you feel? To save you from all such dejections we have picked up two of the most commonly opted programs that are ECBA Certification and PMP. Both of them are offered by renowned institutes. So, we have explained below their requirements which you need to fulfill to appear in the examination.
Project Management Professional -:
Mostly for individuals who are working currently as a project manager. The prerequisite is in two sets, it means there are two types of criteria you have to check in which one you fit in.
Set 1
- You should hold a four-year degree.
- Experience of three years in leading projects.
- You should have done project management training for 35 hours.
Set 2 -:
- You should hold a high-school diploma.
- Experience of five years in leading projects.
- Having 35 hours of project management training is compulsory.
Few things remain common in both sets, they are -:
- Agreeing to all norms and conditions.
- Accepting the code of conduct.
- Appearing and passing the exam of PMP Certification.
Entry Certificate in Business Analysis -
As the name suggests it is an entry-level program that will give the applicants a basic concept of Business Analyst. It doesn’t mean that there are criteria, listed below are the certain norms which you need to fulfill if you want to become a certified holder of ECBA Certification.
Prerequisites for the same are as follows -:
- Any fresher can apply no experience required.
- 21 hours of professional developments you need to have which you should have done in the last four years.
- Agreeing to all terms and conditions
- Code of conduct should be accepted
- Appearing in the exam and passing it
